If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the 30-day period, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. This arbitration clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where legally necessary.
